Magnesium Mist

Our Magnesium Mist is Magnesium Chloride and Distilled Water. Ever wondered why you feel amazing after going to the beach even though you've been baking in the sun and heat? Magnesium Chloride is derived from saltwater. There's magnesium and other minerals in the saltwater that are rejuvenating to your cells and bodily functions.

Every cell in our bodies needs Magnesium to complete bodily functions. Our body does not naturally produce Magnesium, so we usually get it from food digestion. With overfarming and pesticide use, the Magnesium in our food has diminished significantly. So, we are resorting to taking Magnesium as a supplement either orally or topically. Our mist is intended for topical use ONLY.

How to apply:

It is a fine mist that you can spray right before bed in three different ways:

• directly into your armpits
• on the bottoms of your feet
• directly onto a muscle cramp

My personal preference is the armpit right before bed, but you may experience a tingly sensation in this area. The reason for this is because it is a salt water compound, so it may tingle on freshly shaven armpits or just because there are so many hair follicles in that area. It is the area that provides the quickest absorption rate.

• Unscented - all the benefits of Magnesium
• Lavender + Chamomile - all the benefits of Magnesium plus a calming aromatherpy before bed
• Eucalyptus + Mint - all the benefits of Magnesium plus a cooling sensation for any muscle cramps/spasms or restless legs
