Shipping Information

Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-4 days (USPS Priority/First Class Mail).

Express shipping: Delivery within 1-2 days (USPS Priority Express).

Processing Time

At this time, our processing time ranges from 1 to 7 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for delays caused by customs.

Address Issues

If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@busybshomestead.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update it for you. However, once it has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

In the event that your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at info@busybshomestead.com. We can offer you a refund or reship the order to you, if you are willing to cover the additional shipping cost.

If your shipping address is invalid or nonexistent at the time of shipment, we will reach out to you to obtain an updated shipping address. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, this will result in automatic cancellation of the order.

Combining Multiple Orders

We will automatically combine all orders placed under the same name and shipping address. If you prefer us not to combine your orders, please let us know accordingly.
