Damages and Returns

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

It is important to inspect your order upon reception to determine if any item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us immediately at info@busybshomestead.com so we can come to a solution to resolve the issue and make it right.

Keep in mind, all items are handcrafted and may fluctuate in appearance due to individual batch production.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to cancel your order once it has shipped.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@busybshomestead.com.
